We loved working with this property, especially because of the fact that there are sections that date back to the 1700s! It is a beautiful home which has excellent character, original features and medium oak staircases and windows that run throughout the property. Our client needed to work with these features but also tone down the dominance of the wood, and I feel we have been able to achieve this.

Classic, elegant marble effect tiles have been used in most bathrooms to give a luxurious yet simple aesthetic to each bathroom. Subtle shades and textures has been incorporated into other rooms, where we have chosen stylish wallpapers and elegant fabrics for the windows. For the en-suite bathroom, we selected a combination of chevron and cement effect tiles for one of their son’s, using the grey version to add a more masculine feel.

We continue to work with this client by suggesting trusted tradesmen and assisting them in creating a fresh new feel to this property, while always being mindful of working with the properties original character so that there is a more up to date finish without any compromises.
