Capri, Lytham | Commercial

Capri is a sophisticated cafe, bar and restaurant based in the heart of Lytham that’s situated in a Grade II listed building, that offers a fresh Mediterranean feel. This location was one of the earliest projects we had the opportunity to be involved with in Lytham, and we were delighted to be involved with the renovations.

As you walk into the venue, the first thing that catches your eyes is the gold mosaic tile wall situated at the back of the bar. These were selected to create a real impact offering itself as a feature for Capri. After years of countless pictures taken in front of it, the feature wall has now established itself as a favourite for their clients, acting as an Instagram wall. For the ground floor, a 60x60cm semi polished white porcelain floor tiles with a hint of glitter was selected to provide the impression of space and neutral freshness.

We recently provided the bathroom tiles for three differently styled beautiful ladies cubicles and hallway, where we used a splash of colour in each cubical. Encaustic tiles were to the best option to add a fun and fresh look while retaining a touch of class. The colourful tiles were paired with a 20x20cm plain tile for the rest of the walls. A subtle, yet practical whitewashed porcelain wood effect tile was paired and used throughout the floors for aesthetic and durability.

The overall finish created a very stylish and on-trend look. It was great to work with bold colours in this project, and we are delighted with the result. To find out more about Capri visit www.caprilytham.com
