Residential

We have dealt with this client for over 20 years and understand their personal requirements. On this occasion, it included taking into consideration the rural setting, style of property and practical needs of a large family and their pets.

I recommended this porcelain in its three sized planks to create a homely feel, which is practical and aesthetically pleasing. Due to its warm neutral tones, it lent itself to any number of styles, textures, coloured furniture and accessories. We also created a feature of the central fireplace using a textured 10 x 20 brick effect tile in similar tones. Bifold doors were used enabling this design to be laid onto the patio area, defining its own space before framing the outer edge with large format porcelain. It created a seamless finish from the interior to the exterior that enables more space to be utilised. Perfect for those summer days and nights.

Our client wanted a fresh yet straightforward stylish finish in the bathrooms, so we used a rectified satin white on the walls in a practical grey wood effect porcelain on the bathroom floors. It enables coloured accessories to be added later if desired.
